We are a not for profit company limited by guarantee. We were established in 1984 primarily as a family mediation service and since then have grown to offer the range of complementary services that we provide today. We are based in Sunderland with venues available in South Tyneside and Durham. At Impact Family Services we offer a range of quality support, education and training services for children, young people and adults. Our focus is on resolving conflict, building relationships and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their life choices.
